Our Basketball League Team

Basketball league games Our year 6 basketball team continue with success in the local basketball league. The children attend monthly fixtures where their performances have been outstanding. Based on recent performances Sacred Heart RC remain place high up on the league table and hope to continue with such great results.

Athletics Children from Key Stage 2 attended an Athletics Event at Cardinal Langley School.  There were a large number of schools attending.  Our children competed in a variety of indoor activities including, throwing, long jump, vertical jumping, seated trowing and finally an indoor relay.  Our children showed great skills and versatility and throughly enjoyed the event… Read more »

Inter – School Cross Country Competition

Girls Football (First Match of the Season)

Our  girl thoroughly enjoyed playing their first match of the season against St Johns RC School, both teams played a supper game which resulted in a draw. Both team came away from the match feel happy with their performance.

Hopwood Hall Football Tournament Year 3/4

A group of Year 4/3 children took part in a football tournament at Hopwood Hall College. The children demonstrated outstanding performances winning all their mathes, but unfortunately losing on penalties in the finals.  Well done to all the children    

A Cracking Kick Off.

Congratulations to our football team who took part in a tournament at St Mary’s RC Primary in Middleton. A total of 11 schools entered and our team managed to make the final!
