Four children represented our school at the recent Community Cohesion event at Broadfield Primary. Our children always enjoy the opportunity to work with children from other school and to learn from each other.

Many of our children across the school have been sharing their gifts and talents as part of the Rochdale Music Festival. On St Patricks Day the children were invited to wear green and at lunch time Mrs McDonald prepared a special meal.
We were delighted when Kenzie won the Bishop’s competition to design a poster to celebrate our ‘Joyful Faith’ The prize was to have tea with the Bishop at Wardley Hall and to have a tour of the Bishop’s home. On Tuesday we welcomed Fr Josephat to celebrate a beautiful Mass reflecting on saying sorry during Lent. The children prepared refections, sorry prayers and read the Mass readings. We were delighted to see so many parents,carers and hope to see more of you at furture Masses every Tuesday morning in school during Lent.

On Thursday the children came to school wearing lots of fabulous hats, giving us clues about their chosen book characters. The whole school came together for a special assembly and the children did a parade to show off their wonderful creations. More pictures in gallery
