The ‘Friends of Sacred Heart’ organised and ran a very successful “Movie night” for all our children from Nursery through to Year 6. All the children had popcorn and a soft drink while watching Nativity 3 in the school hall . A big thank you to everyone who made this possible.

Tuesday was a very busy day as our Year 6 had a very informative and enjoyable visit to Touchstones to learn all about the Vikings! Year 6 were fascinated about their Viking Adventure. It was a very busy week for our Year 6 as they started off the school year’s class assemblies, on Friday, with the theme “Leadership”.
On Friday 3 rd July our Nursery and Reception classes travelled to The Lowry Theatre to watch “Aliens Love Underpants”. They all had a wonderful time. A big thank you to “The Friends” of Sacred Heart RC Primary school for contributing towards the overall cost of all the trips.
Our Garden Party was a great success! The children really enjoyed playing on the bouncy castle and tasting the delicious cakes, hot dogs and ice creams .
