On Wednesday 16th March we welcomed parents/carers and governors to our Lenten Café Church. This was an opportunity to come together to pray and reflect on the season of Lent through lots of creative activities.

This week our curriculum house competition is continuing, this has been a great success with the children. Our sporting theme for this week is tag rugby and the children have all shown great competitive spirit. As part of our science work this half term, the whole school took part in the ‘Rocket Mouse’ experiment. We were delighted to see so many Mums and carers for our special Mothers’ Day meals on Wednesday and Thursday. Everyone had a lovely time and commented on how good our school dinners are! Thank you to all of the ladies in our kitchen for your hard work.
This weeks Lenten Mass was celebrated by Fr Patrick and the theme of the Mass was sharing. The children prepared and read some beautiful prayers and reading.
