Our Roman Catholic Statement to Live by is, ‘I can say one good thing about myself’.

The winners of the ‘in school’ competition to design a poster to celebrate our Joyous Faith were announced on Monday and received a prize. The winning designs will now be sent to the Bishop who will judge an overall winner from the Dioceses.  Well done and thank you to all of the children who produced such thoughtful and colorful designs.

On Tuesday our year three children enjoyed a visit to Touchstones where they leant lots about making careful observations as part of their learning in art. Our year four children also enjoyed their visit to touchstones and enjoyed learning more about our local area.

Thank you to the staff and children in year 4 who prepared a wonderful class assembly and all of the parents / carers, parishioners and friends of the school who were able to come and share it with us.

A big thank you and well done to all those who gave money and helped to make our ‘Fun Games’ afternoon on Friday such an enjoyable event. All of the money raised in recognition of Miss Holdgate’s retirement will be donated to help children in the orphanage in Malawi.
